  • Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. Delivery typically takes 10-15 business days after dispatch. The shipping fee is €12.95.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over €50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery typically takes 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Retouraanvraag” and include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Return Instructions: We will email you detailed return instructions and a return label.
  3. Ship the Product: Carefully package the product in its original packaging, including all labels and accessories, and ship it to the provided address using the return label.
  4. Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will send you a confirmation email.

Exchange Process

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Omruilaanvraag” and include your order number and the desired alternative product.
  2. Receive Exchange Instructions: We will email you detailed exchange instructions and a return label.
  3. Ship the Product: Carefully package the product in its original packaging, including all labels and accessories, and ship it to the provided address using the return label.
  4. Receive Your New Product: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will ship the new product to you.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method:

  • If you paid via PayPal, the refund will be credited to your PayPal account.
  • For credit card payments, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Non-Returnable Products

Please note that certain products cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons or because they are custom-made. These products include:
